Enable Job Leads Search to Automate Lead Chasing

Being able to search for job leads should be a key feature. Then users could set up automations when a new job lead gets added to Vincere, it automates sending the job lead contact (hiring manager) emails introducing the user's agency and services with auto follow-ups, basically like Sourcewhale, but inside elay. We would need merge fields included, such as Job Lead Title, Contact First Name, Company Name etc for the email templates. I have attached a screenshot of what the job leads table looks like in Vincere.
